Pricing

All-inclusive education and full support, wrapped into one simple fee.

One fee covers the whole day, whole week and whole year: school, healthy meals, in-built occupational therapy, social work and counselling, holiday programs, materials, outings and a parent app that shows you real progress. No hidden extras, no chasing invoices — just everything your child needs, in one place.

Our fee philosophy

One place, all your needs met.

Everything the school day, week and year needs is included, so parents aren't chasing invoices from five different providers. Below is exactly what's in — and you can see full admissions steps once you're ready.

  • Longer school terms — only 5 weeks of school holidays a year
  • All School Holiday Programs included (except the optional March Re-wilding Camp)
  • School lunches and light snacks included — healthy, gut-health focused
  • Curriculum annual fee and tracking included
  • Social-worker and occupational-therapy support — behavioural, emotional, structural and physical-habit support
  • Movement, art, music, drama, yoga and meditation included
  • All materials included (personal devices excluded)
  • All outings and activities included
  • Parent-teacher app — communication, goals and results included
  • Custom holistic curriculum with ILPs co-designed by child, parent, therapists and teachers
  • Small class sizes, learn-at-own-pace — 1:4 teacher ratio for extra support
  • Community — parents, kids and local community access, so you never walk this path alone
One weekly, all-inclusive fee

One fee. Everything in.

We price the week, because that is how families live. Tap each fee to see exactly what it covers — then compare it with what a mainstream school day actually costs you once therapy, meals, holiday cover and after-school care are added on top.

Yearly onboarding & review fee
IDR 17.5mper year

Charged annually — covers the full onboarding review, ILP design and family alignment for the year ahead.

  • Full assessment — review of all past information and our own holistic assessment
  • Parent-teacher interview
  • Custom Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
  • Short- and long-term goals, review milestones and task areas — all trackable in the app
  • Student trial included
All-inclusive school fee
IDR 5.73mper week

That one weekly figure covers school, meals, in-built therapy support, holiday programs, materials, outings and the parent app. There is nothing else to buy.

Per month
IDR 22.9m
Per term (4 terms)
IDR 68.75m
Per year
IDR 275m

Invoiced per term. Everything in the fee philosophy above is included — and because we run 47 teaching weeks a year, you are paying for far more days than a school with 12 weeks of holidays.

Optional extras (before/after care, respite, therapy sessions, transport, March Re-wilding Camp) are priced below and quoted in your admissions pack. External therapy fees are paid directly to each practitioner — Winta's Place doesn't mark up therapy.

What's included that no one else includes

Winta's Place vs a typical school.

Most families don't compare fee to fee — they compare a fee with everything they are already paying for separately. Here is the honest side-by-side.

Healthy meals
Winta's Place

Lunch, snacks and herbal teas every day — organic, gut-brain focused, allergen free. Included.

Other schools

Pack a lunchbox every morning, or pay a canteen bill on top of fees.

Occupational therapy
Winta's Place

In-built into the school week — sensory regulation, motor skills and daily-life habits. Included.

Other schools

Booked privately off-site, roughly IDR 800k–1.5m a session, in your own time.

Social work & counselling
Winta's Place

In-built. Behavioural, emotional and family support from a team who see your child every day. Included.

Other schools

Not offered. Sourced and paid for privately, with no link back to the classroom.

School holidays
Winta's Place

Only 5 weeks closed a year — and every School Holiday Program is included (except the optional March Re-wilding Camp).

Other schools

12+ weeks off. You pay again for camps or carers, or you stop working.

Extra support when it's needed
Winta's Place

1:4 ratio and extra one-to-one support when a child is struggling — at no extra charge.

Other schools

A shadow teacher or aide is billed to you, often IDR 6–10m a month.

Progress you can actually see
Winta's Place

Parent app with the ILP, goals, milestones, session notes and results — updated as it happens.

Other schools

A written report twice a year and a ten-minute parent-teacher interview.

Who coordinates it all
Winta's Place

We do. One team, one plan, one invoice.

Other schools

You do. School, therapists, tutors and holiday cover all managed by you.

What the fee really buys you

Time, money and energy back.

Time saved

Around 6 hours back, every week

No lunchbox at 6am, no driving to three separate therapy clinics, no scrambling for holiday cover. Therapy happens inside the school week, in the room your child already trusts.

Money saved

The add-ons are already in the fee

OT, social work, counselling, meals, materials, outings, holiday programs and extra one-to-one support are all inside the weekly figure. Paid separately elsewhere, those line items usually run to tens of millions of rupiah a year.

Energy saved

You stop being the case manager

One team, one plan, one invoice, one app. No repeating your child's story to a new professional every few weeks, no chasing reports, no gaps between what school knows and what therapy knows.

A different kind of week

You will no longer need…

This is the part families tell us they feel first — not in the budget, but in the calendar and in their own nervous system.

  • To pack a lunchbox, or worry whether your child ate anything real today
  • To drive across the island to a separate OT, speech or psychology clinic
  • To pay for a private shadow teacher or one-to-one aide
  • To find and fund twelve weeks of holiday camps and carers
  • To pay separately for art, music, drama, yoga, swimming or movement
  • To buy books, materials, excursion fees and activity levies all year
  • To chase reports, or repeat your child's history to a new professional
  • To wonder what happened today — it's in the app, the same day
  • To fight for the extra support your child needs when they need it
  • To hold the whole plan together on your own

IDR 5.73m per week — school, meals, therapy support, holiday programs and the whole wrap-around team. One invoice, one plan, one place.

Included in school fees
Healthy meal options

Healthy meals — included.

No more packing lunches. No more canteen bills. No more trying to figure out whether your child ate anything real today. Food is an integral part of the school program — for growing bodies and minds — focused on the gut–brain connection to build stellar mental health and support positive behaviour.

Parents notice the difference: better focus, steadier energy, healthier sleep — often within the first term.
Gut–brain focused

Removing what inflames the gut and building positive gut flora to support the gut–brain axis, neurotransmitters, mental health and positive behaviour.

Farm to table, organic where possible

Sourced locally from surrounding organic farms. Students are invited into the local farming community to grow, pick and plant — building deep gratitude for the earth and real food.

The 80/20 rule

80% foliage, 20% protein and good fats. 80% alkaline. 80% full — never overeating, releasing the habit of constant snacking in favour of highly nourishing meals that energise.

Very limited sugar

Limiting grains, dairy, sugary fruits and anything that breaks down to sugar. Gluten and non-fermented dairy free.

High in fermented foods

Kefir, yoghurts and fermented vegetables — every day, in the amounts that suit each child.

Superfoods & antioxidants

High-antioxidant ingredients and superfoods woven through daily meals.

Allergen free & preservative free

We know your child's needs and remove allergens. All meals are preservative free.

Holistic healing

Ingredients that build immunity and heal — including herbal tea options for regulation and balance.

Gratitude & mindfulness at the table

Students are educated on the power of nutrition and a deep respect for their body — hands-on in the kitchen, connecting at meal times, celebrating meals together.

Noticeable improvements

Students and parents notice real improvements in focus, energy, health and sleep.

Before & after school care
