Last updated · 20 July 2026
Who are these terms with?
These terms are between you (as a parent, carer, guardian or website visitor) and Winta’s Place. By using our website or engaging with our admissions process you agree to these terms.
What do we offer?
Winta’s Place is a specialist learning and family-support community for neurodiverse children in Bali. Services include core schooling, before- and after-school care, weekend and overnight respite, holiday programs, a coordinated therapy network and family support.
How does enrolment work?
Enrolment follows the six-step admissions process detailed on our website. A formal offer will only be made after a trial and mutual confirmation of fit. Places are limited and offered at our discretion.
How are fees paid?
- School fees are invoiced per term (four terms per year).
- Care, respite and holiday programs are invoiced in advance.
- Therapy fees are paid directly to the individual practitioner.
- Late payments may attract a small administrative fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Term-based enrolment cancellations require one full term’s written notice. Ad-hoc bookings (respite, holiday programs) may be cancelled up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are refunded at 50%. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
What are our responsibilities?
We will provide the services outlined in your enrolment agreement with skill and care, maintain a safe environment, safeguard every child in line with our Child Safeguarding Policy, and communicate openly through the parent-teacher app.
What are your responsibilities?
You agree to share honest and complete information about your child, keep medical and dietary information up to date, pay fees on time, respect the community and the team, and follow our safeguarding and behavioural expectations.
What are the limits of our liability?
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by you in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be discussed openly between the parties in line with our Complaints & Feedback Policy before any formal action is taken.
