Family support

A school for the child. A community for the parent.

Winta's Place is as much about you as it is about your child. We know that supporting a neurodiverse child can be exhausting, isolating and expensive. So we've built this place so parents and carers are held, connected and genuinely supported — every single week.

Co-created with you

Support for parents of neurodiverse children.

Every family is different. Together we shape your child's week — school, after-care, respite, therapy and health — around what you're living with right now. And when life shifts, the plan shifts with it.

Core school days

Choose the days per week that suit your family — full-time or part-time attendance.

Before & after-school care

Add breakfast club, after-school care, or both — for the days you need them.

Weekend club & respite

Weekend drop-in or overnight respite when the family needs a break — planned or in a crisis.

Therapy coordination

Bring in the therapists in our network, in the after-school hours, without you doing the coordinating.

Holidays & intensives

Optional holiday programs and (coming soon) intensives for visiting families.

Whatever's going on

Sick parent, new baby, work trip, hard week — we flex the plan without judgment.

Community connection

A community that gets it.

Parenting a neurodiverse child can feel deeply lonely. Winta's Place brings families together: friends for your child, friendships for you, and teachers who really know your family.

  • Other parents who genuinely understand neurodiverse family life.
  • A place where your child finally makes friends who get them.
  • Teachers who take the time to know your child — not just say they will.
  • Regular family and community events built into the school rhythm.
  • A small, home-grown school where you are known by name.
  • Space to grow — for your child, and for you as a parent.
Built by a parent, for parents

What is the Parent, Teacher & Therapist app?

Designed by our founder out of 16 years of frustration with admin, lost paperwork and end-of-term surprises. One place for everything — so you're never chasing a teacher, a therapist, a report or a medical note again.

Real-time. Transparent. Open communication daily, not once a term.

Individualised Learning Plan (ILP)

Your child's full ILP, always accessible — not buried in a shared drive.

AI-powered goals & tracking

Goals broken into achievable steps, with progress tracked as it happens.

Live curriculum portal

See the actual work your child has completed — not a summary at the end of term.

Parent, teacher & therapist chat

Daily notes, comments, and any changes — everyone in one thread.

Health & milestones

Medical info, allergies, sleep, sensory notes and life milestones held in one place.

One simple login

Everything about your child — history, health, learning, communication — behind one login.

Founding families

Become part of the community — if you'd like to.

Winta's Place is a small, home-grown, brand-new school. Founding parents are warmly invited (never required) to be part of what we build — from sharing your work with the students to shaping the way the school grows.

  • Share a skill or profession with the students during Professions Week.
  • Help out with an event, excursion or open day if you'd like to.
  • Contribute ideas as we build — founding families genuinely shape the school.
  • Or simply be a parent — no pressure, no expectation, no volunteer roster.
Therapy network

Our therapy network.

We coordinate directly with our network of therapists in Ubud and across Bali, so sessions happen in the after-school hours without you doing the running around. Parent wellbeing sits in this network too — because your children need you well. See fee details on our Pricing page.

Fine motor, self-care, sensory regulation, structural habits and daily-life skills — included in the school program.

Nutrition & naturopathy

Broad testing, customised plans, natural and herbal remedies — beyond standard food advice.
