A place to belong, to learn, to flourish and to be fully supported.
What Winta's Place is.
Winta's Place is a specialist special-needs school and family support community in Ubud, Bali, created for neurodiverse children who deserve more than a traditional school. We combine personalised education, life skills, community, trusted therapy connections, after-school support and respite care to help children flourish while giving families the support, connection and relief they have been searching for.
We exist to support neurodiverse children and their families — built from lived experience.
Winta's Place was born out of years of first-hand experience walking beside neurodiverse children and their families — understanding the exhaustion, the coordination, and the deep love that carries it all. We know what actually works, and what families genuinely need.Everything you need in one place — supporting the child, the teen and the whole family, for long-lasting change.

Founded for the children who sit in the middle.
Winta's Place was created for verbal, active, socially interested children and teenagers who can engage and participate — but who don't thrive in a mainstream classroom and don't need a severe-disability setting either. Neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, developmentally delayed, anxious, school-refusing — the children who have always needed something in between.
- Verbal and able to communicate their needs.
- Active and socially interested — wants to be part of things.
- Able to participate in a small group with the right support.
Nature never creates without purpose. Neither does a child.
What the world calls a disorder, we often see as a different way of experiencing, learning and engaging with life. Where there is struggle, there is also possibility. Where there is sensitivity, there is often deep awareness. Where there is difference, there is untapped potential. Winta's Place exists to create the conditions where children and families can move away from constant survival and towards balance, confidence, belonging and a life built around strengths rather than limitations.
Right tools, right people, right modalities, right time — guided by the principle of uniqueness.
We support the child and the family. Every child is met where they are and taught at their own pace, in a safe environment built around their strengths — with all of their needs met in one place, so they feel accepted, understood, and free to thrive. More than a school day.
From early drop-off to after-school care, weekends, holidays and respite — designed so families feel supported all week, not just from 9 to 3.

Supporting the whole family unit.
Families of neurodiverse children are asked to hold too much on their own. Parents spend their lives coordinating — searching for the right school, sourcing their own therapists, hiring carers, arranging transport, weekend care, holiday care and after-school care — all while paying double what most families do, and still watching their child sit at the edge of community life.Winta's Place holds it all with you — parent community, therapist coordination, weekend and holiday relief, and less administration to carry alone.
Simple, transparent term fees.
All current fees are on our pricing page, including a personalised package based on your needs and any extras you want to choose. No more paying for support in different places — now everything is in one place and managed for you. Ready to enrol? See how admissions works.
